The mulberry trees are spelt Amouriers in Provençal, giving their name to the Domaine des Amouriers. The symbol of the estate, the Templar cross stands at the top of the cellar, facing the rising sun.1928 saw the planting of the first vines at Domaine des Amouriers. Jocelyn Chudzikewicz, an agricultural engineer and oenologist with a passion for wine, left an indelible mark on the spirit of the estate. After his death in 1997, Patrick and Pascale Gras continued to perpetuate the estate's tradition of exacting standards and respect for the work of the vine and the wine, until the return of Igor Chudzikewicz, one of Jocelyn's sons. Together, they continue to perpetuate this tradition of high standards and respect for the natural workings of the vine and wine. The entire vineyard has been certified organic since 2014.
