Borie-Manoux

BORIE-MANOUX was founded as Negociant Borie by Pierre Borie in Pauillac in 1870. At the time, offices and cellars were at rue Pierre Castéja in Pauillac and the family lived at Chateau Batailley. Eugène Borie who managed the company after Pierre Borie was the second generation in this family business, where tradition plays an important role until today.
Until today, the Castéja family remains 100%-shareholder of BORIE-MANOUX and has, starting from Chateau Batailley, the original Borie family-chateau, acquired a number of other chateaux in Bordeaux.
Today, Borie-Manoux is one of the biggest family-owned French winery and wine merchant groups with a strong position on the home market and exporting to around 90 countries all over the world.
