In Tenero, near Locarno, in the heart of an idyllic valley surrounded by hills overlooking Lake Maggiore, full of sun and grapes, the Matasci House has been headquartered since 1921. Pioneers in healthy wine making, in 1964, the Matasci brothers conquered the market with Selezione d'Ottobre, a symbol of the soft and delicate Merlot that still characterizes the style of Matasci production.

The family-run company now offers a refined and diversified quality of services open to the public: a spacious point-sale, the wine cellar "Le Caveau", designed for hospitality and tastings, the Matasci Arte area, the Wine Museum and Villa Jelmini Events, for the organization of conferences, seminars, wine and food evenings.
