Huamaní

Don Ismael de la Quintana crafted the first bottle of pisco in 1890 and his family continued the tradition for generations. After the Peruvian land expropriations in 1970, the family revived the brand and relaunched the well-known pisco.

It was on the Hacienda Huamaní, in the Valley of Ica, Peru, that our tradition of making pisco began and thus, the reason for our name. In Quechua, Huamaní refers to the mountain spirits who protected the Incan people and their harvests.

We make our pisco using a 125 year old recipe created by our founder Don Ismael de la Quintana. It is handcrafted in small batches, adhering to the classic pisco pot distillation method practiced in Peru since the 16th century. Bottled on our farm, Pisco Huamani makes its way from our Hacienda to your glass.
