Peter moved to Spain in 1990 to vinify at the estate of Hacienda Monasterio. It was with Pingus that Peter exploded on the international scene. This vintage, which has become legendary in a few years, is one of the most sought-after wines for its quality and rarity. It comes from 4 parcels of old vines with a total production of approximately 25 barrels (half for the 1999 vintage). But only 7-8 will enter the composition of the Domino de Pingus, the rest being sold under the name of Flor de Pingus. With P.S.I of P., Peter Sisseck seeks to find "the soul of the Ribera del Duero".
