Château Haut-Marbuzet is a famous 65-hectare Médoc winery, located in the town of Saint-Estèphe and benefiting from the controlled designation of origin of the same name.
Independent and family owned since 1952, it is the work of Hervé, then Henri Duboscq who has hoisted Haut-Marbuzet among the best wines of the appellation. Initially listed among the Crus Bourgeois of 1932, Haut-Marbuzet was promoted to the rank of Exceptional in the official ranking of 2003. In 2009, the site Liv-ex (London International Vintners Exchange) proposes a revision of the classification of Bordeaux. In his list, he introduces Château Haut-Marbuzet as a potential fourth growth classified.
